Used to be ALOT better a few years ago. Now their just letting themselves go I guess. Ive gotten every type of animal from them except for Snakes, Lizards, and Birds. They used to have alot better of a selection with animals such as Hermit Crabs. The ones they have now arent very healthy or pretty. And just a few months ago i came in to get a hamster and they were all sick with Wet Tail. And their fish (specially Gold Fish) always have Ick! Their just starting not to take care of their stuff like they used too... And another thing is that it takes FOREVER to find an employee for help. I always have to go to the cashier to get them to call someone for me. Petco used to be my favorite pet store but, now Petsmart has won me over. :)

Grooming associates are extremely rude and hateful. Complete lack of professionalism. Their attitudes made me feel uncomfortable leaving my dog there. I tried multiple times to use their services and each time they refused to groom my dog. Last time I was in there was three hours before closing time and there was not a single dog being groomed and they still refused to groom her.

This location is great & the employees are very kind. Just recently went in looking for a new brand of healthy dog food and was greeted by an employee named Jesse. He was so knowledgable in all of the products & ended up recommending a brand/product that my dogs really enjoy!! Thanks Jesse!

I Bought a hamster from them on Monday and it died on Saturday. They wouldnt let me get a refund without the actual reciept (that my mom threw away) even though I have an online Receipt. I will never buy another hamster from there.

Rude managers, horrible tank conditions, and horrible animal habitats and living conditions. I avoid there unless I absolutely have to get something. This has been an overtime thing.
