Thrilled that my favorite bike shop is now, also my local bike shop! Welcome to Desoto County! Always look forward to kicking off riding season by taking my bike in to see Johnny Allen for Spring Maintenance. I appreciate the efficiency in turn-around & attention to detail that reminds me how personalized the service is at Peddler Bike Shop. Following my recent check-up, and after a few rides, I was asked how the bike was performing & if work was done to satisfaction. It was! The invitation provided the opportunity for me to inquire about possible adjustments that might benefit. Happy to report that after a pretty detailed fitting, a new saddle and stem, I feel like I have a whole new bike! Best Investment!!! The Manager, Josh Jacobs, clearly enjoys what he does - making a point of engaging with customers no matter what their skill level – to learn about their cycling interests, to make them aware of group rides & area events and to confirm that their experience at his shop was positive. The whole crew is industry knowledgeable and capable of providing product specific guidance. Together they promote a welcoming and motivational environment. You will really feel like you are a part of something special.

I took 2 Schwinn cheapo bikes in for gearing adjustments. One bike was adjusted just fine but the other had some damage that cost more than what I paid for the bike (bought it off Craigslist years ago). I couldnt see what was causing the gearing issue but when they put it on the stand the damage was immediately obvious. The staff showed me some bikes they had on the floor and simply answered my questions with absolutely no pressure. I decided to quit buying "Wal-Mart" bikes every few years and buy a "real" bike. These guys are great! You wont believe the difference between getting a "real" bike from these guys vs. buying low end bikes - its worth the money..

Peddlers ROCKS! We just bought two bikes from the Southhaven store. The process was easy....everyone was extremely helpful. The service is fantastic. We feel confident that anything we need in the future will be handled professionally and quickly. All of our (newbie) questions were answered and we didnt feel out of place or dumb for asking. When we left the store I felt encouraged and even more excited to hit the trails. This is the place to have all of your bicycle needs taken care of!

Katie was my saleslady. She got me fitted for a 2015 Trek Marlin 7 (a 29er)...she also searched high an low for a rigid fork--there wasnt suspension forks in 1991 when I last had a bike--she found a Salsa Firestarter ChroMoly for my bike. This is the first bike fitted and set up FOR me. Not something from Wally world. And I love it! Katie, Jacob, Johnny, an Pretty Boy will get all our biking needs and business. Thank You Peddler!
