I had previously purchased a Trek Project One Speed Concept at another bike shop in Naperville and had a horrible experience - was fitted wrong and the store wouldnt make it right even thought I never rode the bike outside. So, I sold that bike which was a big pain. I decided to go to Trek where I met Sean and described what I wanted out of a Triathlon bicycle. He couldnt have been more patient with me as I mustve come back 5 or 6 times before deciding on a SC Project One 9 Series with DiA2. Ive had the bike for about 6 weeks now and absolutely love it! Sean spent a lot of time with me to make sure it fit properly while explaining the adjustments and why they were being made. After getting burned at the other retailer I was pretty skeptical and asked a ton of questions. At this Trek store I felt like they cared and definitely werent trying to "sell" me anything but instead helped my make a decision on the best bike option for me. I would definitely recommend this store for their professionalism, patience and fair pricing.

While in the market for a TT bike, I had visited many local shops in the Western Chicagoland area. None were able to beat the friendliness and deep knowledge base of the Trek Associates. Knowing I was going to be working with a particular store/brand for years to come, I had high expectations for the quality of the products, customer service of the employees, and overall experience of the store and purchasing process. Never did I feel my questions or concerns were invalid, nor did I feel rushed or undermineded in anyway. During my purchase and fitting, Sean and Joe were diligent in their expertise to ensure all bases were covered: comfort, safety, and power. Upon leaving with my new bike, I knew that I was 100% happy with my choice in bike and store. Without a doubt, I am going to support this brand and the Trek store of Naperville for years to come!

The customer service provided by Trek Naperville is superb which includes an outstanding staff ran by Sean Dawoodi and Chris Wilson. Regardless of the issue, part, and/or question that you should have pertaining to the Trek product both Sean and Chris are very knowledgeable and will help point you to the right direction. I have been a loyal Trek customer for many years purchasing several bikes from Sean; my first road bike (Trek 1.2T), my first Tri-Bike - Speed Concept 7.2, moving to MTB - Gary Fisher, and now finally completing the purchase of the new Speed Concept ProjectOne 9.0. I never had any complaints with any of my purchases and truly love the shopping experience. Even my kids are riding Trek bicycles as well!!! That just shows to you how much I trust in Trek for my bicycle needs that come out of the Naperville store.

Awesome service and great people. I was there today to have them checkout my kids bike. One with flat tire and another needed some work. Chris Wilson looked at both the bike and gave me honest opinion on what should be done. He quoted $20 for the flat tire and when I went to pickup the bike he actually charged only $16.00. This shows how honest they are. He also fixed the break on another bike for no extra charge, this I call customer service. I am really impressed by his honest opinion and with this incident he has gain my trust. I would highly recommend this store for any bike related work. Great Job Chris!!!

I had an excellent experience at the Naperville Trek store. I was looking to buy two bikes, one for my son and one for me. I checked out three different bike shops in Naperville and liked Trek the best by far for their quality of bikes and customer service. I went to Trek twice before we purchased and had two different Trek reps help me, both of whom were extremely helpful. It was great that my son and I could try out the bikes in the parking lot behind the store. Ordering our bikes and customizing them was easy too, and the bikes were ready in just a few days.

Have bought three bikes here for my niece and nephews. They love the bikes and the fit was great. Ive looked at a road bike for myself but havent made the purchase but have felt helped each and every time I go in to ask questions. The shop is by a trail that I ride frequently and theyll take the time to make adjustments to my nephews bikes whenever theres an issue. Love browsing at this store and look forward to buying my road bike.

I drove 15 miles to the store and was treated like Im lesser by the condescending retailers. Everything is incredibly overpriced. You can buy the same items at Wal-Mart for cheap. I do not recommend this store. I would say the only positive was the repairs seemed reasonably priced, but I refuse to have it done there. The women wouldnt provide service until she talked to her manager.

No Help! I went to the Trek store to ask about the Thule Apex 4 compared to the T2 bike rack. I stood there with my wife playing with the racks while 4 employees talked at the register. After waiting around for assistance long enough, I left. The Trek store is close, but I get great customer service at Performance Bike down the road and I have no problem giving them my money.

Two things experts recommended for buying a new bike. Does the bike feel great when riding and is the retailers staff someone you want to work with. The Dumane of course was awesome to ride. But the winner was the store staff who were helpful and attentive and knowledgable. They also have the nice little side-feature of being on a paved trail which makes test rides extensive.

Recently bought a Trek FX1 22.5 from Downers Grove Trek. Had some shifting issues and took to it to Naperville Trek store. They did a great job of advising the proper shift methods to avoid problems. While there, bought a pair for ergonomic grips and they put them on for free. Treated like I bought the bike there. Very nice and knowledgeable staff.

These guys are super snobby. They dont give any deals and only charge sticker price. I got an Xcalibur 7 for $750 from sumbaum... yeah The guy I talked to when I was looking at bikes was obviously very new, didnt know much, and already had that snobby Trek shop attitude. I avoid this place at all costs unless I badly need replacement parts.

Just picked up our second bike from this shop, a Marlin Mountain Bike for my son. Guys at Trek are friendly and very helpfull. None of the "attitude" Ive experienced at other local shops. Great selection, fair prices, and a great service center. Jay was great! If you want a Trek, no better place to shop.

I was quoted 39.99 per wheel for brakes. Over 130.00 was the final bill. Im not happy with this shop. Village cycle in Chicago, does quality work, is fair on pricing and gets you in and out. I will not buy an F-ing tire air cap from this shop. They screwed me for the last time.

My entire experience with buying my bike was great- from the sales people to the maintenance department. No high pressure. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Followup was fantastic. They over delivered all the way around!!! Id recommend Trek Naperville to anyone.
