Excellent service and very responsive. I bought a bike there in 2009. Since that time I moved out of town. Recently my bike broke and I needed the receipt so the repairs were covered by the mfg warranty. Sent Bike World my name and approximate purchase month. Thet immediately sent me an email with a copy of the original receipt. My bike is now fixed for free thanks to the good record keeping and responsiveness of Bike World.

Tried to buy a bike computer from these guys, it was installed incorrectly and the customer service was poor. Made several trips to the store to try to get it sorted out but finally gave up and went somewhere else.
