The sales people have been friendly, greeted me and asked to help. They were also more than happy to let me look around without bothering me. When I have needed something specific they have had it. We bought my wife an Electra cruiser here. Going over it after we took it home I found a few issues that had to be fixed. Based on what I found I am leery about using them for maintenance/repairs. It showed inattention to detail more than pure negligence. I will however continue to go here for parts, tools, etc. I would also consider buying another bike here.

The staff was very friendly. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in even though the staff was busy helping another customer. Mike took my bikes off my bike rack, and he put them back on. I had my bike tuned up after it sat in a storage room for months. Also, the brakes didnt work well in the front. When I picked my bike up, it looked brand new. It works great now. Ive been riding ever since.

I had lethargic service as well. After wasteful e-mails they eventually would not order 2 expensive items for me (race case and bike), for collection, as I (the customer) might not pitch and pay. Their competition just sold me the bike, the case, and a Garmin.
