Had an amazing experience at Motorless! unlike other shops I had been to, they were not pushy about me buying a bike which made the trip so much more enjoyable! They allowed me to walk around and check out all the bikes and then helped me pick out a few to ride base on my needs. They even got my boyfriend a bike to take out too so we could test out bikes together which I loved! I got a great bike at a great price from some seriously great people! THANK YOU!

Bought a bike for my nephew today in the store was willing to spend probably another 400$+ in the store but they were completely unwilling to deal with us on anything. The customer service was absolutely horrid. Should have gone somewhere else you should too. Sad that stores like this do not get why they lose business to online shops or even other shops that are more helpful.

The service I received from Alex and Arick at this shop was outstanding. They went out of their way, even outside of work hours to help me find the best bike for my wife. It shows in the work that they do and the wisdom they bring to the table regarding bikes that they absolutely love their job. Madison is lucky to have such a phenomenal bike shop.

There have been multiple times when he was willing to stay late and fix up my bike so I could have it back right away. That type of dedication to helping the customer is what keeps me coming back!

Definitely shop here! Staff is knowledgeable and willing to spend an hour helping you find the right bike for you. After I purchased my bike, they went out of their way to make sure my bike was in top shape. Every bike I looked at was at least $50 cheaper than anywhere I found online.

Went to Budget Bike to have my brakes fixed. Was told I had to wait 5 days. Went to Motorless Motion Bicycles, was helped immediately and professionally. Left the store 3 minutes later. Double thumbs up. Definitely recommend.
