called in today looking for advice. just bought my first road bike yesterday and im wanting to restore it and modernize it at the same time. i asked if i could bring the bike by and talk it over with them and see if they could guide me in the right direction as to what i would need. and all the gentleman on the phone said was he could quote me a price on working on the bike for me once they see it... i dont want them working on my bike, im perfectly capable of doing it on my own i was just looking to get pointed in the right direction. he told me to youtube it. smh ill take my bike to Tri-Hard down the road, i called them and they were more than happy to look at it and help me out. sad you cant even go to a real bicycle shop and get free advice.

Ive had my bike tuned up by Neil and Joseph a oouple times in the past and it always runs super well after. They also have plenty of tubes and other accessories that I need, to make sure Im good just in case I do get a flat out there. I really enjoy working with these guys

The staff was very helpful when shopping for a bike. The only feedback I would say is to broaden your selection. The owner is actually buying much more bikes within the next few weeks so its probably much better really soon.
