I received a new bike (which was purchased from The Spokesman) as a gift... I loved the bike, but I had some fit issues, so I brought it in to the shop. Steve went above and beyond in addressing my concerns, and Im thrilled with how the bike fits now! Though I wont need a new bike anytime soon, if I ever do, Ill certainly return to this store. Update 8/10: I actually did end up buying another bike sooner than expected... this one a mountain bike. This time I dealt primarily with Phil, and again am very happy with my experience with The Spokesman.

I walked into this place ready to make a $500 plus purchase and was not greeted or acknowledged for over 5 minutes. The two staff members were speaking to each other on and on about their weekend activities and various social outings. I looked straight at them and was not greeted. I realize I could have interrupted them and demanded service but at some point shouldnt you be greeted with courtesy. I chose to take my business elsewhere. I walked out and did not look back.

They carry the Specialized bike brand (affordable upper end road and mountain bikes), but there service department is what really sets them apart. Steve and his crew are very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. They put me through a fitting session to make sure I purchased the perfect bike for me! They also carry a large variety of accessories like shoes, shorts, shirts, lights etc. I definitely recommend these guys!

I have thousands of trouble free miles on the three Specialized bikes i purchased from the Spokesman. This is by far the best bike shop around. Tons of accessories and, Steve, Phil, and Mark are super knowledgeable. And guess what? they ride too! They have all sizes and styles of bikes too. They dont just cater to the hard core enthusiast, they have kids bikes, cruisers, mountain, all kinds. Dont waste your time and go anywhere else.

2 weeks ago, I broke the bolt and it stuck in the hole so I took my Trikke to this shop and asked for help. The guy who repair the bike told me to bring it back next week. I went there again another week and he said "go to the mechanic shop" I do not understand why he made appointment! He did not even try to help me, oh no I am wrong at least he shew me the name of those shops in the yellow pages!!!

I didnt feel pressured into buying anything and learned a lot about what I need to look for regarding measurements in a road bike. They sell mostly "Specialized" and "Fuji" bikes which are both high quality. If you want a cheap bike youre better off going to Academy or some place like that. These bikes are for the regular biker all the way up to professional.

We are a bicycle shop not a machine shop. It is not with in our abilities to remove broken bolts from bolt holes. Maybe you should try the place where you purchased the Trikke. I am sorry for any inconvenience to you. Have a good day, Steve Sperier Spokesman Professional Bicycle Works

Good bunch of guys and always take a lot of time to fit me properly on all the bikes Ive bought from them. Between my wife and I we purchased 4 bikes and are happy with each one and the service we receive when we bring them back for tune ups and service. Thanks Steve and Phil.

Purchased my daughter a Specialized bike from them and she loves it. They also give you several "tune ups" for free with the purchase of a bike.
