I have had many pleasant visits here. The girls here know their stuff and the gentleman do as well. I live in Diberville but I love to drive to the Ocean Springs location because they are always so welcoming respectful and always smiling. They always help us with all our vehicles needs. Our family enjoys coming here not only for the parts but for the great customer service we get. We need more people like this. Also thank you Linda, Dione and Margaret for your help on Saturday morning, you girls were very helpful and thank you for the great services you all provided. We will be back........

Today I was helped by Jim on an air conditioning problem. He took the time to make sure I got the parts I needed and was friendly and patient. This is the kind of service I have always gotten at this location no matter which associate helps me. Theyve always had the parts I need, fair pricing, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. There was three employees ( 2 girls n 1 guy) working. My bf misplaced his glasses and we went inside to try to find them. The employees were useless. Didnt come and try to help. There was no customers and I see why! When my bf came in to tell me he found them. One girl said " I told you, you werent wearing them".
