Theyve had what Ive needed the couple times Ive been in there. I bought a bulb the first time, it burned out and was under warranty. They didnt have any record of me buying it (couldnt find my name in the system or use my card to see when I bought it) and of course I lost the receipt. So I had to buy a new one. The second time I called for a part and said I would be in to get it shortly after calling. I got there and talked to a couple people, neither of which new what I was talking about or could re-find it on the computer. 15 minutes later the guy I talked to on the phone was done talking on the phone and got what I needed right away.

what great folks! i was broke down at the centurylink office and christy a girl that works there brought me out the part and tools and was super awesome to hang with me awhile while my husband tryed to fix it but couldnt so she made some phone calls got a friend of hers to come ti us and fix it.this was all over 4-5 hours.and she keep in touch ti see if we needed anything.what a girl cant thank you enough christy and the guys a advance auto parts.and the guy who came to do the repairs, thank you all so so much.

This store was superb. They helped me find all the parts I needed, knew exactly what I was looking for, and truly stepped up in terms of customer service. Even when the computer was being wonky, they were the perfect blend of proffessionalism and understanding. As long as I am in Madison, I wont shop at any other parts store.

The store has pretty much everything you need. The only thing is the staff do not really know that much about cars. They do know that basics but it is mostly up to you when you are finding the right things for your car. Also it is mostly up to you when finding tools also.

Good place prices are the same as any other auto spot. The service is great though Ive ordered parts through them a few times. Ive came to the shop and seen them outside helping guys in the parking lot often thats a A in my book.

I will never shop at a advance ever again , the one in Indiana Penn pissed me off too many times and Iam just not gonna use them again !!!
