A few days ago, I had a battery problem with my car, called emergency roadside service and they jumped the battery, went home, again, the car would not start, thankfully, I had someone to "jump" the car again, this time I let the battery charge for sometime and was able to get the car to this particular autozone after I had called them, OReillys and NAPA to check prices and availability of my battery. This autozone did not have the battery, as stated to me, in stock but I was told they could get it there by 6:30pm, it was approx. 1 pm, so I said yes. My car started and I went home. I called @ 6:30 pm to make sure the battery was there, not yet but they were expecting the battery with their last delivery, called back, battery was there but my car would not start and I asked if I could get them to come and jump the battery, I was told no and I was told Id have to talk to the manager, this is where the problem emerged! What an asinine, rude, curt, ill-mannered man this guy was! I did not get his name! Wish I had! By this time I was tired and exasperated and it was late and I had no way to get the car there! I hung up, tried to get someone to help but to no avail so I called autozone back and said Id get the car there in the morning somehow as I had already paid for the battery. Sunday morning I remembered I had a contract with another roadside emergency co., got them to jump the battery, called autozone, got a very pleasant and helpful young woman as this review would have been very different otherwise! Got to autozone and was greeted by someone who made me remember that everyone was not like the "jerk" manager I had encountered. His name is Brad Knight and thank you autozone for having such people as him and the pleasant, young woman on your staff. Kudos to you autozone for the customer service I received from these two people, didnt get the young womans name. This review would be totally different if it had not been for these two!!!!

Called about a specific bolt size to see if they had it before wasting my time going down there and was told by the associate he was not going to look for it I would have to come down. Wouldve taken 2 seconds. I work in retail and when someone asks if we have something we check for them because thats service and good service gives us loyal customers which make our paychecks possible. Never went down there and started using ADVANCE AUTO PARTS

Came from Georgia on a Sunday evening. My cab lights were out. Called autozone, employee "Bruce " gave me great phone service as well as when I got to the store. He is very professional curteous and willing to help above and beyond the call of duty. Its people like him that made this single mother happy. Because I did not know how I was gonna get the bulbs changed. Thank autozone for hiring such a great person such as Bruce.
