The guys at the Auto Zone on Beauvoir Road in Biloxi were amazing! I couldnt have asked for better customer service Yorel specifically was very helpful in regards to helping me find and install a new battery! Although they had a lot of customers there they were able to multitask and get the job done. I will be visiting this auto zone if needed in the future! Robert was awesome too he offered help multiple times !

Went there today to get a vacume line manager told me to go to back and wait for him cause he has to cut it to length I waited over 15 mn in back so I walked out then he walked out with a customer parked next to me and said oh man I am sorry I forgot about you so I went to advanced Auto got my vacume line and was out in less than 8 min this was Auto zone in Biloxi Ms on beavoir rd

Garbage. Walk in to have them help with my check engine light. One employee offers to help, but cant walk outside with other customers in the building. Meanwhile there are two other employees talking behind their plug wire wall. Then a 4th guy walks in and goes straight to the back. Been here 15 minutes with no help

Every time I go here they are always rude, only reason I go here is to get a code checked when every other place is closed. Dont go here unless you wanna get laughed at and want to talk to people who have no idea how a vehicle works. They have lost all my business I dont recommend to anyone

Worst service ever. Count on waiting 15Min to get helped or even acknowledged. Theyll sit and answer their phones and have 10min conversations before helping you. Total garbage

They never seem interested in helping you, unless it is not busy. For some reason they are always registers closed, and too many customers waiting.
