Went to return a set of jacks that I bought but decided I didnt need in the end unopened. When I bought it it was the last box on the shelf and was taped up (assuming it was returned but still good) and the cashier who checked me out checked out the box by placing it under the counter (i guess to weigh it to see if it was missing parts). Under the assumption that it was fine I bought it and went on my way. After realizing I didnt need it any more i went to return it receipt in hand but to only have the supervisor/cashier that day open the box to find out it was used. He accused me of lying and after i explained i never even opened the box and to check security tapes he just insultingly says "suuuure you did". The guy is a jerk. I worked in the retail business for a couple of years and never have i heard of an employee rudely judge a customer. I manage to get a refund after an unsatisfying ordeal with the supervisor/cashier at the counter. NEVER HAVE I EVER FELT SUCH DISRESPECT FROM AN EMPLOYEE. UNACCEPTABLE. Who is he to accuse me of lying and trying to rip off the store. Maybe if the store kept better care of their products and the store in general (store has many out of stock shelves and poor handling of their merchandise) then maybe these kinds of incidents wouldnt happen. It would of been completely understandable if he w/o sarcasm told me this has been used and was unfortunately unable to refund or something along a much more respectful manner. Service here was always its low point but this was pushing it. Never again!

I have gotten many good parts from this store. You get what you ask for. Rule no one, never assume the clerk is a automotive technician. They are not paid to fix your car or diagnose it. Go to garage for that. The people at Autozone are always friendly and will go out of their way to help. Never been an issue. But always understaffed and overworked. I have taken suggestions from their employees and found some to be helpful and some not. I will never be sore at them for my own lack of experience. If I tell them an issue, they suggest a part and I buy it, that is on my hands. Benjamin sounds quite green to any of this. Ive been doing it for years. I have fixed my water pump, bearings, radiator, rotters, plugs, pads, etc. all with advice from their employees.

My parents bought some brakes and were told that they could pick them up tomorrow since the store was out of them and would be getting more the next day. Im their daughter and being that I live about 15 mins from the store I went in and picked the brakes up for them ( I had the receipt ). The employee (Nick was his name) was actually pretty helpful and got the breaks for me no problem. When he brought the brakes to the counter I saw that the box was totally ripped apart with tape being the only thing holding it together. I mean, the whole front of the box was ripped off. He looked at the brakes to make sure they were okay, and for all I know theyre totally fine, but still, how does a product they just got in last night get in such bad shape?

Good employees who have a decent attitude when you go into the store. Everyone is pretty knowledgeable, and friendly. The lines dont stay long, they service customers efficiently. I prefer shopping here for my auto needs, they have great prices, often a great selection of products and supplies. They are not just sales men looking to make a commission, they actually care about your vehicle. They do battery testing, will assist you if you need help putting on a simple part, if they cant they refer you to someone who can. Great place to shop for your automotive needs. I recommend shopping here.

Friendly, helpful staff here. I stopped by most recently to buy a turn signal lamp and wiper blades. There was a bit of differing opinion of what bulb was needed between my memory of the last time and the computer system. The staff member came out to my car to inspect and ended up replacing the bulb for me, and, since he was already out there, he replaced the wiper blades too. It was definitely something I was willing to do myself, since I had done it many times in the past on my 11 year old vehicle, but it was very appreciated that he came out and verified the part and did the work for me.

Ive been there several times recently and have always had great a great experience with their staff. First they helped test the starter in my car and even helped me troubleshoot some possible issues. Derick then helped me with some electrical work. He found the right wire harness and even guided me through wiring, crimping, and making sure I accounted for all the right connections. They would come out to the car and look over the vehicle with me as well. Great team with a good attitude and friendly help.

Very friendly service... I had a battery indicator blinking and freaked out since I didnt know what was wrong... I first called in and Breanna said they could do a free basic check on the battery and if needed can replace but for the alternator I would have go to the shop... she checked the battery which turned out to be low and took it in to charge it for a hour and fixed it back for me. All free of cost. Thank you.

Dont bother and just go to OReileys next door instead. Came here for a simple wiper replacement, the guy couldnt figure it out and kept saying he knows how to do it with the bracket that came with but he doesnt wanna be liable if anything breaks. So simply put he refused to even "try" to install them. Got my refund and went to OReileys and got the new blades installed at lower price in 5 min.

Last time I was here I was lied to, told I needed parts that I did not. I said no I just wanted the parts I asked for. As I left the store the sales person insulted me and informed me that I would be back. I will now go out of my way to not purchase anything at this location or any autozone in the future.

The battery in my car died, so I got a jump and headed to Autozone. The girl at the desk was very helpful in getting me what I needed. She also installed the battery in my car for free in no time at all. Would have taken me much longer on my own. Great experience.

The staff has always been friendly and attentive to me. Ive usually gotten lucky and also had gearheads be present behind the counter that I can ask questions of as well.
