My check engine light was on and so I dropped by earlier this week to get my system scanned. In my previous visits to other Autozones in the Memphis area, I have basically been ignored by the male staff and got the impression that they hate to work with women so they will wait on anybody before waiting on me. So,when I saw a women working there, I was relieved and thought she would be more sympathetic to a women that is not car knowledgeable like me. Oh, I wish. Literally ( and I mean literally) she did not say a word to me. When I told her about my check engine light and ask for a scan, she found the scanner, scanned my car, went to the computer which printed out the error conditions and handed them to me without saying one word. After handing me the error print out, she went over to help a customer never asking me if I had any questions or concerns or to help me understand what the print outs indicate. Terrible customer service! Hiring women is a great idea but please hire pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable women who practice great customer service.

As usual, service was lacking. I felt like the blind were leading the blind. After my wife bought a battery there and was given an inferior battery than she paid for last year, ice been highly skeptical about this store. My confidence isnt getting any better.

I go into Autozone looking for a part becasue my local Autozone didnt have it so I come here. And then the manager Missy just simply threw me my part on the counter.

Rude angry loud black guy. He could be nicer. Asked him about my car he sarcasticly and rudely replied just buy a new one. I believe his name was Tony.

Staff is always cool, pretty helpful. Justin and Joe are always really helpful and nice. Never have a problem especially when dealing with them.

This staff is second to none! I would drive an extra 20 miles to get help from this staff! Top notch customer service!

Daytime managers are better than the PM shift manager. He either doesnt care or cant help but be rude.
