I would say the straw that broke the camels back is when I went in there on a weekend to get a battery charged that I had recently purchased from this location. I dropped off my battery, we tested it, and determined it had 12vs and was 60% charged. I did not have a way to charge my battery at home so I left the battery with them. I came back 4 hours later to get my battery only to be told it was "No Good". I took the battery home, install it, and it has been working fine ever since. I dont know if these people are ignorant or just stupid but do not go in there looking for advice because there is a strong chance youll just get bs.

They treated me extremely well, helped me stay within my budget, and did a very professional install on my new car battery. Even helped me with a tail light that I didnt even purchase there! Highly recommended!!
