Horrible service, bad morale, no hospitality! We ordered a large fencing order online. Received a text order was ready to pick up. Brought my fiance and truck to go get it. Arrived at the store and the greeter had NO clue where my order was or what we should do. We went to customer service, it then took over 10 minutes to locate our order. Their excuse was that they had computer issues and the other excuse was Im sorry Im tired I think I spelled your name wrong. (She had my Id in her hand) when the manager was called and they found my order, it was NOT picked! We waited as the manager told staff to get the order pulled, staff gave him attitude and didnt want to work. Finally a lift truck and another guy came up to my truck and instructed me to back up into the fore lane for loading? When we went to load the lift truck driver asked if I had something else to haul with as it was a heavy load. I said I have a trailer. He said well why dont we just have you go get the trailer it will be easier. I said seriously lol I have the truck here now so lets get to loading. The plastic straps on the pallott of wood panel dog earned fencing needed to be cut. The "big guy" in the lift truck had no knife and yelled to the young man who was helping who also didnt have a knife. Luckily I had a cheapo pair of scissors in my truck and dis their job by cutting the straps, there was no thank you just more attitude as we went to load. It was me and one guy loading and the "big guy" in the lift truck micromanaging not lifting a finger. We got a load in and when I said ok I will be back the "big guy" said hey....you need to tell them inside what you took. I said thats fine but if you can please let them know we will be back for more fence in 20min. He made a big deal about it so I went back in the store AGAIN. When I got to the desk the girl didnt know how to spilt the order since I only picked up partial. I waited for her to try and get obviously not trained enough and finally she said "Im sorry I cant do " I said fine I have to go please make a note or something I will be right back. The next two times we came back to pick up the rest we NEVER got anyone to ask us for help to load our truck. Grown home depot men employees stood and watched as my poor fiance worked her but off to help me load the 6X8 panels that are heavy. We had to go through many panels in order to find "decent" ones to take home. Makes it starting I would have chose home delivery. Lastly I went in and said as I had mentioned before at the customer service desk that I needed to order 10 treated posts for pick up the next morning. No one helped, cared or asked to help me with the order when I asked. Good for you home depot, you lost business for life. We have two Home Depots within 2miles of us. Your good buds at Lowes now are thriving off your missing revenue. We spread the word also to friends family and colleagues. Overall I am disgusted with the faint heartbeat of your location. Get it right or go home! I hope this helps others who shop here. Be sure to call to make sure your order is ready. The text saying its ready is 100 percent inaccurate data. All the best, Andrew

I purchased a patio set. When they brought me the set the boxes had all been opened and resealed. I ask if the set had been used? The 2 staff helping me said no way. I took their word for it and took the set home. As I got further and further into putting it together I could see more and more that not only had the set been put together at one time (parts randomly thrown in plastic bags, striped bolt heads, etc.) this set had been used (water stains, rust spots, scuffs and stratches, etc.) At this point I had spent several hours putting it together and didnt have the time or energy to take it back. I dont know if the employees lied to me intentionally or naively but either way I paid full price for used product. I think Ill go to Lowes from now on.

We purchased a 5 gallon bucket of paint here. Unfortunately it didnt look like we expected one we got it on the walls. The paint was a prefect match to the one we selected so it was our fault for not taking a sample. They were good to us and gave us half of for a new bucket.. Awesome since from their end they made our paint perfect. We were deciding between 2 other colors and my wife decided on one and wanted to get it and thats it. I didnt let her and we went home with a sample of both which they gave us free as well. The first one that my wife chose, she decided she didnt like. The second sample, which was recommended by the lady at the counter, looked much better and we ended up going with that one. Thanks!

I can honestly say that Ive never been to any home depot that has been more helpful than this one! I am a Contractor and a Priest, and the people at the Pro-desk have always gone above and beyond whatever I have asked of them. I have found that every department throughout the entire store has given thier all! Of course, I am speaking only of the weekdays since, as you can imagine my weekends are pretty busy. I have used The Home Depot to Refurbish the entire Church, thier expertise has enabled me to learn so much, especially in the areas where I was uncertain and they have always steered me in the right direction. I personally go out of my way to go to this particular Home Depot. They are great! Fr Ben

The best home depot Hands down I go to a lot of Home Depots and this is by far the best one. They all say hi ask how am doing always willing to help unlike others. Theyre always friendly weve brought our rescue dogs in their to shop and all the employees played with the dogs or said hi to them. Theyre super friendly to my 6month old son they all talk to him and they even gave him a bird house for him and I to build for mothers day. Theyre truly amazing people at this location.

I wouldnt recommend buying anything but small items from here. They favor contractors and wont bother helping anyone else. Checkout times are ridiculous. They dont have the inventory the website says they do. Often times I had to have purchases refunded because they did not have it in stock. The paint team will most likely screw your paint up if you color match. Some of the employees are very helpful, majority are oxygen thieves. Delivery is a joke.

NEVER, EVER buy a real christmas tree from here!! I had more needles on the ground then on the tree Christmas morning! Very, very disappointed!! Bought the tree the first weekend in December and the needles started falling off the first few days. Called a manager and he said I could exchange it after I had it up and decorated. REALLY??!!! Still picking up needles.....probably will be until June!
