I have had several great experiences here. My girl scout troop needed to earn a woodworking badge and the manager, Phil, made a class to fulfill the requirements of the badge and provided not only the supplies but the teachers too! They have great community out reach programs. One day, I fell in the parking lot and skinned my knee through no fault of the store. They were very helpful, by providing and apply a bandage. Their customer support called a few days later to check that I was okay. I have ordered floors from them as a special order. I believe the gentlemans name was Vlad and I came in with the dimensions of where I needed the floors thinking this was all I needed and he helped me to figure out about doors, stairs, tack board, etc. They were delivered as promised. They contracted out the installation of the floors to another company, that I didnt like as much. However, I still gave the Home Depot 5 stars, because Im not holding them responsible for the contract company.

Terrible experience, went in looking to buy a patio set. Upon entering the outdoor department there were no associates available. I grabbed some the items I could go d however one of the boxes appeared open. I took everything I could find on my own up to the customer service desk to ensure the boxes that had been opened previously contained the contents stated and to request assistance in finding the rest of the items I needed. Waited more than 30minutes with 1 person in line in front of me. Finally reached an associate that assisted me, however after opening two of the larger items and realizing they were incorrect they sent me back to the department to wait for someone to get me the correct items. After waiting for approximately 45minutes I left the store very disappointed. This store just threw out over $4K in product leaving their store due to lack of customer service!!!

Our family was looking to buy some outdoor furnishings and supplies for our upstairs bathroom. I was impressed at the large and varied selection of home improvement items, a majority of which appeared to be of great quality. This store does carry a barren look, with its musty concrete floors and dust in some spots, although we did notice a cleaning machine go up and down the aisles, and the impression the store gives of being dedicated to housewares really seals the deal, as aisles have large signs and wide passage points that allow for efficient access to whatever you need to find. I strongly enjoyed the customer service here. We were asked if we needed any help finding our products, plus they were courteous and, for the most part, knowledgeable.

Location...Location. This is a great store with easy access from freeways, and being in Northville, is close to Plymouth, Novi, Livonia, and even Farmington Hills.... Some say is small but I have found there everything I need to renovate our new Northville home. The staff is great... Only wish the had taken my 10% Lowes coupon without a $50,00 limit..... Lowes ended up making me feel that was the place to spend my hard earned money with a no limit 10% discount coupon. Important savings for my family...... Sergio Alvarez

Came in to buy a floating wood floor. When I found the flooring I wanted there was a sign on it that said in Stock but I could not find it, I found a worker but she told me she didnt work in that section so she went and got someone for me. When she returned she brought a olden man who told me they dont stock it anymore. I asked if any store did and he told me he doesnt have the sku to look. I pointed to it on the sign and he reluctantly looked it up and replace with "nope". Went to Lowes and got the flooring no problem.

I had such wonderful help from the paint pros today. Joe was so friendly and Jenni (I think that was her name-I could be wrong) was extraordinarily insightful and provided guidance that I couldnt have done without. It was such a relief to be so warmly assisted. I felt kind of lame since I was almost completely clueless, but they were such a great help. Just walking around the store was a nice experience, everyone was saying hello and genuinely offering assistance. Its a great atmosphere, very customer-friendly!

I have been here 3 times in the past year and asked for something that I was then told they didnt have. All 3 times I then searched for a secondary solution and in doing so I found the thing they told me they didnt have. I would be very careful about taking the employees word on things. Always double check; ask them "Where would it be if you did have it?". You will probably find it after you ask that. I would go here less if I had something else closer.

Went to go look for some plumbing parts, couldnt find it so asked to have someone come help me. The lady at the kitchen counter said sure. Waited 10-15 minutes, not one person showed up and never heard a page directing someone to plumbing. Never ever has this crappy service at this particular store.

Very upset bought some fruit trees that died the man in the garden department said I didnt know how to plant them gave me a hard time and tried to make me look stupid l am not stupid he needs to learn how to treat customers with respect dont go to the seven miles store

This is the Home Depot I go to if I need help with DIY projects. This store seems to have a very knowledgeable staff. Also, this is the store to go to for kitchen remodeling services. I had great experience with this, enjoying my new kitchen they installed very much!

This store sucks, employees the slowest Ive seen. I waited at the store for a special order that was on a truck in the receiving area. I sat for over 45mins before an employee would come out to unload him so I could get my material. Never again will I buy here!

How much can you say about a Home Depot? With that being said, this is a good location. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is clean and they have a hotdog lady at the exit. What more could you ask?

My favorite Home Depot by far. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Can find everything I need and pretty quick too. Theres always people shopping but lines are never long - always in and out from my experience.

This is the smallest HD in the Detroit area. I go here on a regular basis for convenience. I just have to always keep in mind that I might have to go to the Plymouth store if I cant find what I need.

Come to this Home Depot if you are a person who doesnt have a card cause apparently you can use random card number and they NEVER ask for any ID or verification...dumbasses
