Worst customer service. I bought a washer and dryer from them in December 2014. The washer arrived dented. The store manager John called me and we agreed that the store will reimburse me $50.00, and I will receive a check from Samsung for $125,00. All John had to do is go back to the store and credit my $50.00 for their portion. I had to call the store every week for about 6 weeks. Never could talk to John, he was always not available. Did speak to George and Vanessa several times. Each time they would promise to talk to John and find out what is going on and have John to call me. Well never got a phone call. I would have to call again. After about 20 phone calls, and I was ready to give them the washer back, Vanessa credited my account the $50.00. Took about 10 minuets. Vanessa stated that she would call Samsung and call me back within an hour or so. That was about 2 weeks ago. This started in December and it is now March 2015. I also had flooring put down at the same time and had problems with that also. They are all over you in the store to get you to buy from them, But after you do, customer service is not there. If you just want to buy something then this is the place for you. If you want a company that cares about their customers and keeps their promises, better look somewhere else.

Bought a washer and dryer set on 02/24 - scheduled delivery for 03/10. I had not heard anything so I called the morning of the delivery date only to be told my date had changed to the 21st. No one called to let us know, or attempted to reach us - despite lying to home depot and telling them they "left us a message". Completely unacceptable. I reached out to Vanessa and the store manager, who were very helpful. They offered me the display models, and refunded enough to cover the 5 years warranty plan. They are currently (3 hours later) installing the display units at my home as I write this. Excellent service from Home Depot - however the people they use to deliver are trash.
