The worst Home Depot I have ever visited. I am a contractor, and I frequent stores like this all over. Lately Ive been working a job that has me closest to the Beavercreek store. I will go out of my way to avoid this place. The managers act like youre a thief if you try to return something. The employees act like theyre begrudgingly doing you a favor just by being there. My latest and final visit had me being lied to by Kenneth in the rental department. I asked how much the total cost for a hammer drill and one bit rental would be, and he said "$40 plus tax"... When I return the Hammer drill and bit, they tried to charge me $60... He then says, "Well the bit was $10, and then theres mandatory insurance." None of those things were told to me when I asked about cost before handing my credit card and taking the tool... A manager then came and acted like I was in the wrong, but he would take the bit rental off just to get rid of me... I will never step foot in this place again. The nearby Lowes is friendlier & more accommodating, and Beavercreek Rental is cheaper and wont lie to you when you ask how much something costs... They will never see me there again. Ill drive out of my way to avoid going to this store.

I had a horrible experience with the customer service department last night. They said they had applied my military discount when I checked out but I noticed nothing had been applied. They sent me to the customer service desk where the gentlemen proceeded to tell me that since my transaction had been completed, that no one (even a manager) would be able to fix the error. It wasnt huge, $7 discount. I have just never been to a customer service desk where someone was so ignorant to think that since they didnt know how to fix the situation that it was impossible to fix. I even just asked if they could apply an additional discount to purchase of some additional items I would of been willing to buy and they said that was impossible. Very hard to want to shop there again.

Very disappointed with this Home Depot. By far is the rudest employees. We sought out help to find a certain item and was greeted with a huff of annoyance, and I would understand if it was just a bad day but we have been in this location a number of times for my kitchen remodel and the attitude of the employees has been consistent, and while asking about an order confirmation online, the Manager, "Carol" got rude with my mother, and handed the phone to an associate while talking loudly in the background about my mother. Definitely recommend another location over this one in Fairborn.

Be cautious of the warehouse guys in this store. I ordered a $250. storm door there this summer. The kid carted it out standing on its end rather than on its side and it fell over and off the cart. This morning I bought a 80 pound tool chest there that I had to wait way too long for them to bring out. When I got it home and out of the box I discovered a huge dent where it had been bashed in by a fork lift.

worst home depot that I have ever seen. the management of this store is terrible, employee do not care about the customer and do not have enough information. delivery system is arrant. to talk to some one in store by the phone you have to at list be on the line for 1h. this guys just play game.

It is really hard to find people who really want to help you in this store. I believe that every time I go there are less willing to provide guidance. Other than that, I think it is a good place to find the right tools for your home repairs.

After three commercial renovations and two home renovations; these guys have been my go to store for most everything. Seldom do I need to shop elsewhere for what I need and their prices seem to be a bit better on most of what I need.

The staff is supremely helpful and kind, and they treat folks respectfully. Their prices are great and the selection and organization are good as well. This is the best big box home store in the area. :-)

This place seems to be pretty understaffed, hardly anybody works here. They dont have much rental selection but when you need to rent a drain snake (electric eel) on a Sunday they are your only option.
