Very Terrible store to shop at! I think the head-managers name is Dan? He seems to be very rude, and stand-offish when I have a question about a certain product. He never once acknowledges me when Im in the store shopping. I have called many times to complain about the store managers attitude, and if something can be done about it! I hope he loses his job! I actually have talked to other customers in that particular store about the manager, and some have agreed with me about his attitude! I feel really sorry for the employees their that have to work with this jerk! I would never recommend anyone of my close friends nor family members to shop at this store! I will continue to call to complain about this Dan the manager, and hopefully one day someone will do something about him!

Made an online order "Pick up" to this store, after receiving the email saying my items were ready for pick up, I arrived at the store thinking Id be in and out in 5 min, but that turned into 30 min. After searching for my 5 small items for 15 min in the Customer Service area, the employee determined they werent there and proceeded to go around the store and gather the items. After watching her search for over 10 min for a single paintbrush, I decided I would just get the items myself. Needless to say I will never do an online pick-up to this store again.

Its hit or miss with the employees . They are helpful or hateful. I have had an awful customer service representative assisting with a return not for sure of her name( white lady with salt pepper below shoulder length hair, early Evening) but the day before had an Absolutely Wonderful CSR assist with a phone sale no name either( late evening short black hair, African American woman with cute jewelry)☺ So take a chance because as a contractor theres really only 2 choices and the other big box store aint much better!

Went several times to this store and always get a hassle for a veteran discount. They say its for active duty, yet all other Home Depots Ive been to will honor since "Veteran" is imprinted on my driver license. Lowes is ahead of the curve on this, went online and verified my military service and they tied it to My Lowes card and now military discount is always applied, even to online orders. Wont be back to this Home Depot

I have always found the people at this Home Depot to be extremely helpful and nice to deal with. Can we expect a store to have every little thing we need? Of course not, but they have a huge selection of items to pick from and I always find something I can use in addition to what I went to the store for. Yes, I will continue to shop at this Home Depot and suggest it to friends and family.

The absolute worst customer service of any Home Depot I have ever been at. if you need something done you mine as well just do it yourself at this place. Need help in paint hope you know how to mix it yourself. Need some help at customer service hope you know how to use their point of sale to do your own return cause they dont.

They sell hot glue guns but not the glue for them. They close down aisles all the time which inconveniences customers, special orders are a nightmare as they dont show up when promised. They are regularly out of a lot of items. Its almost impossible to find decent Lumber unless youre looking for rocking chair feet.

Went in to buy a new grill as my old one died. I had received a full refund of the purchase price because I had the extended 2 year warranty. The grill I wanted was in the steel, but the employee quickly offered to get a forklift to get it down. Cant say enough nice things about my entire experience.

Return went smoothly. Payments made on store credit card has always been difficult with H.D. They need to make in-store card payments. The register system locked up AGAIN while making a cash payment and I had to AGAIN wait for the system to reboot to get my cash payment receipt.

Didnt have the product I needed in store so I looked online and found 6 pieces in stock. Place the order on my phone to pick up in store and they delivered my order to Customer Service. Order ahead is the way to go!

I would give it 3 or even 3 1/2 cause is not perfect but is a good enough store, but my phone got stolen at the womens bathroom and I knew who took it yet they didnt wanna return it o well.

No snow shovels in stock, not one. There was one in the returns bin, but the cashier wouldnt let me buy it. 8" of snow tomorrow!
