The customer service isnt bad per se. More like weird. I sometimes come in this store to see what new titles are out. Sometimes I window show sometimes I buy. What bothers me is the reps always ask for your power up rewards number to see what you have available and offer you promos and try to get you to sign up. Now the first few times is fine I guess but I come in her several times a week and after a while you should not continuously ask me this when I always decline. Its annoying and intrusive when they look through my library a snake comments on it. I honestly didnt know they could see my libabry and try to make sales based off of it. They are the only one Ive been in that does this and it makes me not want to shop here. Just ask me if I need assistance and when I say yes or no, leave it at that. Anything else makes me not want to shop here.

Horrible customer service, They try to trick you out of your money when bringing used games back, and they lie about having midnight launches so you can drive all the way out there at 12pm midnight with no one there.

the clerks there are kinda weird and dont have a personality. i tried a couple times to start conversations and they looked at me like i was an alien. the one in commerce township is alot better.
