I purchased a wii used from them and a warrenty. I had something go wrong and packed it up and traded it in to auburn hills gamestop! Since we got a used one from auburn hills we found huge problems with the white lake store. One is we were supposed to get a nunchuck and did not. two it was wrapped in bubble wrap and had instructions in it! ours never did we had to google it to figure it out three I dont believe it was ever refurb. NEVER GO THERE! I wish I could prove I never got the nun chuck.... ugh The are the worst gamestop.. I highly recommend driving to auburn hills they were wonderful polite and packaged it and they always take care of you! Its a standard game stop but the manager is a pushy jerk. I have been in there 3 times and watched him push the rewards a replacement programs. They and his employees are pushy as all get out. I even went in there to buy a wii and he was like you should get the wii u the wii is obsolete and he would not drop it. Go to a different store.

Todays experience ended badly after a good start. When looking to buy a refurbished Wii they did a great job letting me know about their buy 2 get 1 free sale so we decided to buy an extra controller and get a free game. After spending some time finding a game we took it to the counter and were told it was out of stock. So I asked why an out of stock item would be on display and was told that it was required by corporate. They told us to go to a different area to find in stock games. After finding one in that area they told us it also was out of stock. So we decided to buy just the console. They asked if we wanted to buy a 1 year warranty and I said the sign said it was free. They told me that sale ended yesterday and they forgot to take down the sign. At that point we had spent over an hour in the store and had 3 occasions where their displays did not match what they were selling.

Kinda of a funny but ridiculous experience I had. Double bought the same game at Christmas. Finally got around to going back up there to return it. Found out their return policy at that time. 7 days or 2 weeks for holidays. Anyway after finding out i was only going to get half my money back on a game i paid 30 bucks for on Christmas eve. I picked out a differant game witch would of been a pretty close to even trade. I was asked for my drivers license and gave it to the guy. He asked if i had a vaild one because mine was expired. (Which was a good thing. I wasnt aware it had expired). He refused to give me the game cause of a vaild license. Funny thing is im 47 yrs old. Kinda hard to confuse me for an 18 yr old. Kicker part to i even got suckered into their reward plan the last time i was in there. Disc replay might be getting more of my business after this.

The shift leader adamently argued and lied to me about NOT being able to purchase an Xbox One power supply through Microsoft. He said straight out how I wont be able to get one other than Gamestop. It is a lie. You can get a replacement power supply for it through Xbox. Maybe one time only, but it is available for 50 bucks plus tax. Gamestop charges over 80 with tax. Im walking back in tomorrow and proving that know it all wrong.

The manager of the store called me an idiot for buying a game for a system I wanted granted I own both systems and he admitted he doesnt. Own one of them his name is Daniel I highly advise never listening to him as he is 100% biased and never should treat a customer that way

Very helpful all the time any time I come in with questions for my Xbox or for my PS4 Brian knows a lot hes the only reason why I go to that one he understands his customers and he helps out in any way that you can thats good customer service

Good place Matt the store Manager has great customer service skills. I had an issue with the store and he turned it around quickly. I was very impressed with his ability to communicate what went wrong and why. Keeping me as a customer.

This is the worst gamestop ive been to. The workers there dont care about the used games you get, tey harrasse you about getting a power rewards card, they give you used games that dont even work... Worst gamestop ever
