*UPDATE*- So, while I still had the frustration of driving back to the store again, Ive changed my rating due to how they handled it. Maybe it was tested, maybe not, Ill never know, but I do know that these are 20 year old disc based consoles, so who knows? Either way, they apologized, handled it well, and made it right with NO additional hassle. We all make mistakes, its how you handle them right? Still only 4 stars because of return policy. I still strongly dislike that I can hand over a $50 Bill (or more), and get something that doesnt work whatsoever, take it back (with receipt), and even if they havent got another one, I still cant have my $50 bill back so I can buy what I actually wanted elsewhere, but just store credit to buy something else that I dont want. Im still giving 4 stars because since they had another Saturn, this policy didnt bite me too hard, but I know if they didnt, Id be really really upset. When youre dealing with 20-30 Y/O things that they may not get another one of for a year, it seems like a racket you might wanna think twice about before getting involved in. Maybe ask "do you have another if this doesnt work?l Truly good guys though. They earned back my business. *END UPDATE*~~~~~So, they sell me a GBC game, doesnt work. They tell me I can NOT have my money back (that I gave them) for the merchandise that didnt work AT ALL, only store credit. OK, well, Ill give you even more cash and buy a Sega Saturn console as long as theyre tested first. Are they??... "Oh yeah, we test everything"... guess what? Doesnt work, AT ALL. Nada, and guess what else, I cant have the cash I handed them back for this merchandise that is a block of plastic.

Employee was extremely rude to another employee after he was asked to help look up trade in prices, telling him not to bother looking them up period because my old games were a waste of time. He continued being a jerk to the other the gentleman helping me for another ten minutes or so, until the guy helping me gave up and told him to take care of me since he cared so much. I left, apologized on the way out to the employee helping me initially for his co-worker being such an *expletive*, and took my stuff to disc replay.

I really like the store, the prices, and I think the staff is the best out of any video game store Ive been to in the area. The only problem is the selection isnt as good as other more established stores that have been around longer. Its still definitely worth a look though.

Called ahead looking for something. For me to get here and them not have it. Find an actually rare game just for them to tell me they didnt have it. Theyre asking more then gamestop on literally everything. 0/10 retro replay blows you guys out the water

Very clean and fairly organized. Employees usually greet customers as they walk in but one in particular is fairly rude. Great selection of goods, though slightly above average pricing. As long as youre okay with that, its an all around great place.

Sold me a Wiimote and Nunchuk that doesnt work at all. Going to return tomorrow to give an earful for false information. Wouldnt recommend it at all, and if anybody does go here, ask to check and prove it works

Prices on used Blu-rays, DVD, all sorts of games (Im not a gamer) are great. They also carry movie posters, music cds, electronics..laptops and whatnots

Staff Friendly and helpful. Like buying blu rays because new is just to expensive now. Return policy is what it is because its all used stuff.
