Very poor customer service, was berated by the cashier as a "ps4 fanboy" because I refused his advice to purchase a xbox one. EXTREMELY rude personnel overall. Have had issues with getting the wrong games in the wrong cases in the past, but this is the last straw. I will be purchasing my games from an independently owned shop from now on.
