We enjoy getting our games and associates are always welcoming! One thing I would suggest is maybe less up sell. Your customers not uninformed advertising more for your pre-sales. Let your associates build the relationship with customers instead of being pushy sells men at the last moment of my visit. That is always the worse part - great conversation - we have built rapport and checking out - did you want to pre order yada yada yada. It just seems unnatural. Maybe its just me.

Horrible. They are a authorized cricket dealer and buy cell phones but wont buy cricket phones. Doesnt make sense to not buy what you sell
