My Sons ENTIRE Christmas is RUINED! !! We bought a PS4 and he sat it up and put in the new game and it starts making noise and keeps saying theres no disc in it!!!!! This was the only thing my son wanted for Christmas and now he CANT EVEN PLAY IT AT ALL! !! To make matters worse, their not open today so my son has to wait until tomorrow to take it back and get another one. Hopefully the next one will work! !! Thanks for ruining my sons Christmas! !!!!!

The employess arent as apt to push magazine subscriptions, memberships, etc. on you during purchases as those in other stores. Used game selection is good, and they even have a used DVD section which seems to be a good place to buy TV series on DVD. I wouldnt recommend the Gamestop franchises is general for new games, since they remove the plastic wrap and place a sticker directly on the boxes (I dont know why, but other stores dont do this).

Nice and helpful staff. BUT Im pretty ticked that I received wrong information on the release date and content of the game I thought Id be able to pick up today. Due to my schedule Ill have to wait a couple weeks to pick up a game I already paid for.

One time my son and I went to look for a game for the PS4, we received great customer service. The person who worked in there was very knowledgeable, and told us what game we should get and what games were a waste of time.

Extremely disrespectful and unhelpful staff. I wasnt addressed during my entire 10 minute venture until I spoke up and was then ridiculed by the Man/Woman? Manager... instantly walked out and will NEVER return.

This place is terrible. They took my receipt for an xbox one and game. Now I cant return it and theyre telling my they will give me $125 for the $300+ I spent. Service is terrible and employees are rude
