Sold me a defective controller. They said that they test everything. I took it back ( 45 minute drive for me), they went to exchange for a different one. I had them test the new (used) one and it seemed to work. When we went to leave the man handed me what I thought was the replacement controller. I even asked him if this controller was the replacement and he said yes! When I got back home and charged said controller the same buttons didnt work. It was the same defective controller I returned! After we found out that, we called Replay. The man B.S us about the whole ordeal. Straight lied to our face! I will never shop there again!

Was my favorite store, yesterday sold to them the first time game I bought from them for 10$+ they tried to give me 25 cents for........ yea I should have went to allied!! Theyll give you a fair price for your console but do not take your games! Then I read in a previous comment about the girls that work there he was correct they always have attitudes its obvious they dont like theyre job. I was going here 2-3 a week spending money every visit. But now imma back off for a while go back to the original allied record exchange for a better experience! Imma miss you replay but my experience gets worse and worse.

As a tech geek and retail manager, Im generally pretty critical of resale stores. Not only did I see great prices and deals here, but the associate (Jack) was extremely helpful, friendly, and had a great knowledgebase of his industry and products. I will definitely recommend this store for all of my customers gaming and music needs, and Ill be back myself!

I came here about 3wks ago and their movies are a lot cheaper than the other location which is great but the only problem I had was the guys that work in this place are cool but some of them girl employees be having attitudes besides 1. If you dont like your job you should quit plain & simple. A customer shouldnt feel unwanted when they come in the store

They have tons of stock but its difficult to look through. I usually find something good here but be prepared to spend a good amount of time to find it. Games and accessories is fairly priced. A favorite stop for my young teenager.

Love this place , I quit going to another local shop because of an issue I had with them and never have looked back. In fact replay refunded me the money the other game store refused to (even though I still had the receipt)

I really like replay because they have really good deals on systems and awesome games. My main gripe is that the selection of games is iffy, but thats the nature of used anything stores. 4/5 stars.
