Im giving this place 5 stars, half because the person who walked in 15 minutes before closing doesnt seem to understand that within those 15 minutes, closing up is much more than just pulling down a gate and turning lights off. The other half is because I had a great experience. See, sometimes you need to reorganize displays if they got messed up by customers. You need to cash in your registers and make your deposits. You need to clean up, throw out trash, reset the store for tomorrow, turn off all radios, televisions, speakers, etc and turn on the alarm and secure the building when you leave. You need to punch out on time so that way your hours arent messed up. Its a easier said than done, and it takes a little time. Their fault for going in 15 minutes until closing. I was able to go in at 4:30 p.m. and do everything I needed to do and the staff was excellent. No complaints. Im actually going back soon.

Worst service ever! Wish you could give this place no stars!!! We had went in 15 minutes to close with a game in mind and were ready to leave around 10 til. The lady working had a huge attitude and said were about to close as we came through the door. Then the staff was too busy putting down the gate to even allow us to pay for the game. While we were standing at the counter the genteleman working walked up said "Congratulations youve been here long enough to help us close" We put the game back on the shelf and bought it elsewhere. It was only 8:55 when we left. It was dissappointing since we buy many games from gamestop and it was the first time in this location. We were throughly dissapointed and will not be going back. I would suggest you try a different one the one on Holland Sylvania has a very pleasant staff and weve never had a problem there!

After the new management and staff overhaul this is a great group of employees. Always very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information on the newest games. Very approachable and patient. I have a 4 year old and we are in there at least once a month, he loves to play with the items around. The employees are great at engaging him and considerate to him. Great place..... great attitudes.... great staff.

These stores are becoming obsolete. But friendly service. Prices are high for used game consoles, but you can still save buy buying one.
