Dont bother going here there are plenty of other gamestops around the area that youll be much more satisfied with. I came for the amiibo retro pack pre order and waited in line since 6:50 AM. Me and my dad were separate people and the website clearly say ONE PER CUSTOMER. I came in, and I got my amiibo pre order. My dad came in and the employee said that its one per household, kept saying very loudly we tried to trick her and claimed that after the early opening was over THEN it wasnt one per customer. What the hell? Service there has always been lousy but this takes the cake. Never go here, you will leave very disappointed. They clearly believe employee over customer is the right way to conduct business and thats sick

Came in yesterday to sell my xbox 360 and upgrade to the xbox one. Dealt with Mike and Ed, both great people with good social skills (something some other stores dont have) they were very helpful said if I had any issues with any of the used accessories I bought to just bring it back and they would swap it out. I ended up having an issue with the controller and the charger I bought for it... came back the next day Mike & ed took great care of me and made it a quick swap to get some stuff that works great! Im very satisfied with the level of customer service they gave me and highly recommend that people who are looking for good customer service to go see these guys!

Its a typical GameStop - most used games are overpriced, trade-in values for relatively new games are drastically low, but its likely to the the only physical store that carries some games or accessories for current-gen systems. This one suffers from being in a particularly poorly designed out parcel of Tuttle Crossing that is extremely crowded with Chipotle (next door) traffic during lunch and dinner times, so plan your visit accordingly.

I called to see if they had a used controller for my 360. The employee told me that they only had a used wireless that was only 10 bucks cheaper than buying a new one. When I go there I looked around and found 5 wired controllers for way cheaper. Be sure to look for the items yourself rather than rely on the employees.

Since Hollywood video went out of business I have been coming to this store whenever a new game comes out or to browse around. Employees are very helpful in finding a game that you would like and very knowledgeable.....trade in values are pretty bad though, but hey thats Gamestop.

Called looking for used games for classic NES. Guy told me those are no longer being produced... Was also more interested in babbling the BS sales pitches that the company wants him to say than actually answering my questions. I will never set foot in a GameStop again. Total waste

Great selection of new Xbox games but kind of annoyed that the checkout guy had to ask 5 "up sell" questions during checkout. Just let me pay for my game and get out of there

Was given a "brand new" PS4. Opened it and had no PSN or $10 credit. Also the sealant tape wasnt OEM...some fraud is going on here.
