Nice facility, terrible store! Ive never had a more difficult time with a video game store. Ive been waiting 3 weeks for a game I reserved! Everytime I call there is a different excuse, or somebody telling me they need to get it from another location. Now, these people are actively avoiding my calls where I have to use other peoples phone or they wont pick up. Ive given them a deposit and traded in my products with them. As soon as we finish this transaction, this company will never get my business again. Shame too, as I prefer to support local business, but not at the cost of service.

I stopped in with a near mint condition of Zelda Ocarina of Time for the 3ds and they had given me $3.25 cents, I went in the next day after asking a gamestop, and their policy is "WE BEAT ALL COMPETITOR PRICING INCLUDING GAMESTOP" but when I told them I wanted my game back and walked in with the money, I was refused service even though I was ripped off by 14 dollars. Yeah, if your selling, there arab mentallity it strong in there, they will rip you off when buying things from you, and refuse you a tradeback when you walk in.

Just left the store, and my god it was pathetic, the staff was pathetic, the aura was pathetic. The games were overpriced, and the lack of quality was sickening, I dont even know how a place like this exist, its a disgrace to gaming. The guy literally tried to sale me on gameboy SP, and acted like it was something "rare". They even had broken games for sale. It was hard for my cousins high as we were to contain ourselves from laughing out loud at this clown and his store.

Recently went there to find a valentines day gift for my boyfriend. Hes been searching around for good prices for the game Assasins Creed Unity for PS4 and Game Headz has the best prices in town. Everytime i want to go out for a video game or a system i will definitely call Game Headz, they always have it in stock. Prices are great.

Great video game store!! I went looking for a birthday gift for a friend not knowing anything about Xbox games. At Best Buy the game was almost $70 and at Game Headz it was around $55. Great prices, very friendly environment and very helpful employees. I will definitely be going back and will refer anybody to this video game store.

U.S. Revolution II Begins!!
Bought old school xbox, dint work. took back replaced, then got home, game disk no good and controller cord had no dongle, and they kept my receipt. They did give me a controller (sans dongle) for my trouble driving there 2x in the arctic blast. Nice kids, given time theyll learn; its all about quality. ~RevPops

This is a great gaming store, contrary to the other Anthony Ws comment. Ive always had great service and their prices for used games are much better than GameStops. Plus, they have plenty retro games. Furthermore, Ive received reserved games a little early, actually, but never late. Excellent establishment!

Got only $40 for SIX xbox one games and was looking for a used Resident Evil 7. The lady said they dont have a used one but they do have a brand new one that has no case for $56. I was sold a used game for $3 less compared a new one. Completely ridiculous

The used games cost more than thw brand new ones do. Youre better off going to Wal-Mart down the street. I saw a gta 5 game at game headz for $59 and purchased from walmart brand new for $40. The staff is always friendly and helpful however.

Only been in there a couple times. But the rep there was very informative, nice, and helpful. Theyre Cd repair really blew my mind. The 1st I actually seen that actually works!!! Will most definitely be back to buy some classic games

They allowed me to put a hold on a Sega genesis that was still in the original box! However it did not have the original rf switch inside, but they went out their own way to throw in an original one with no extra charge!!

Just watch what you buy they sold me a kit with pieces missing that I can only get online,they stalled me for a week so I couldnt get my money back,I still deal with them but I do research on products before I buy them.
