Customer service is poor at this location when it comes to helping customers with bad items/ product. If a customer is purchasing and item and it doesnt work. The last thing you want to hear is that its a take it or leave it situation. Games should be checked properly before sold to customers. I was told that they are too busy to make sure all products work properly and its a gamble. Thats not how i like to spend my money. I should not feel trapped with the product or lose your entire interest.

I found an item at Game Play that I could not find at three surrounding gamestop stores. I didnt even know this store existed until I stumbled upon it one hot afternoon. They should definitely let people know that they are alive. Its refreshing to find a game store thats not Gamestop. The Xbox Component cords that Ive been searching high and low for finally appeared in this store and they work great. I highly recommend this store

gameplay is a great game store to go because in gameplay they sell wii, ps3 and xbox360 but they also sell Nintendo Entertainment, System super Nintendo Entertainment System, sega genesis, gamecube, ps2 the first ps xbox and many more. i have been there and they have all you need like controller,accessories and games. for your going to buy a game go to gameplay!!!!!!!

I could not find the power brick to the xbox 360 elite and I went to 4 gamestops they didnt have them but I asked if they had it how much would it be they said 35$ so I went to gameplay they had it for 19$ and the powef bricks for elite are kind of rare cause the company or wat ever stop making them thx gamepalY

i ONLY buy games from this place now. got tired of taking discs back to that place that lives up to its name...Game STOP...cus they always sell me games that dont work. The person there ALWAYS cleans the discs without hesitation and you can get classic games that are to find. Love going here.

Brought my xbox 360 in for repairs, wasnt reading disk anymore. They had it for about 3 days and I got it back working with no problems since. Very friendly and I will go back for any other repairs I need in the future.

They sell faulty games and dont want to take them back or replace them. Never buy from theses people from this store ever!!!!!

I called and ask they was very helpful. GameStop said 70$ and have to wait a week for it but gameplay said 50$ in store
