Very rude. I felt like I was a burden to serve. Ordered a Negan pop figure and was told it would be in 9/15/16. So I called at 12pm on the 15th and the gentleman said "i dont know man I have not gone through the boxes call back in a hour". So when I called back in a hour a different person answered I asked if my order came in and he said Im not sure let me put you on hold. 10 minutes later they hang up. Ok so I wait and take a lunch break go to the store, when I ask them if it came in he throws his arms up "man I dont know yet I been with customers"... I replied with oh ok when should I check back? He says "I dont know when ever I get around to opening these boxes" and thats what pissed me off. I understand work can be frustrating and it gets busy, hell I work for Chrysler I know all about it. But dont treat me like a issue. With out us there is no you! Its our money that keeps you in business, the customers! Come to find out it did not even come in so the guy that TOLD me it would be in, obviously did not know for sure. Instead of saying it will be here between this date and this date he decided to just say oh yeah it will be here this day no problem. Thats a lie. I also bought a 2DS bundle one week prior and when I asked about the policy on returning a game if i didnt like it he told me "7 days but we dont rent out games to people we will catch on if your buying games to beat them and return them back to us".... lol was that necessary??? Really??? I just asked a question. Well they lost my business.

Absolutely terrible. I called them and asked if they had a certain product in stock. The employee on the phone reassured me that they did. So on my 45-minute break at work I drove out there, wait in line for 20 minutes, only to be told that not only dont they have it that its no longer carried about the franchise. The guy who helped me just said, "well I was going to answer the phone I would have checked for you." So why wouldnt your coworker do that too? I will never go back to this GameStop, and I recommend people not to visit this store either. There are many other Gamestops tjay dont provide this pitiful service. Theyre very rude, extremely slow, and lackluster. Thats what I get for not going to the one I typically go to common the one in Rochester right by M59.

This store is hard to rate. I go here quite often and my experience is always different depending on whos working at the time. There are people I love to deal with and also people that I dread to deal with. They usually have what I need, can find it at another location if they dont, and the store is overall clean and easy to navigate. Check out is usually pretty slow, but that is probably just as much the customers fault as the employees from what Ive seen. There are nicer gamestops that are in nicer areas, but this location gets the job done. The couple of guys that I do like to deal with here make it worth this being my default location.

Hassle free, refurbished exchange. Bought a refurb at a different store no where near me (bad idea). The console was banned by the previous owner. Apparently a super rare thing, but none the less a headache. This location exchanged it (within a week of buying the first one), and everything works fine. Super appreciative.

i had very bad experience yesterday over there at the gamestop by Pontiac... i bought an iPhone 4 and asked a guy to put this phone on Sprint and so i just found out that he putted on AT@T plus i restarted my phone and now its saying "activation error" so now i have to take it back........

Just went in to trade in games and an accessory. Gave me very service , Told me he charged a "Refurbish Service" AFTER he took my Games, in which were might i add, in good working condition in which all he did was Wipe the disc with a cloth. Would not recommend this location to anyone
