Placed a pre-order for the new skylanders back in the spring and when we called to check on it was informed the pre-order was never placed. But they placed a pre-order for a game we dont play and for a system we dont own. I will never go to this location ever again. Thankfully amazon had the items and amazon saved my sons Christmas. I have been a customer of game stop for over 11yrs and this location is the worst I have ever felt with. I will be suggesting that this location be avoided!! Also this stores staff does not seem to have the knowledgeable staff other locations have.

Maybe this is all just cause I walked in with a big ol smile on my face, but every single person that was working there was super friendly. Every question I had was answered without hesitation. They all just seemed like good people who sincerely cared about their customers. Bottom line, dont walk into a store acting like an ass, and others most likely wont be assholes to you...

I don't work there but this is my favorite spot. All the other game stops I been to were either too small and didn't have what I wanted or way too busy. I love the customer service there also. Everyone is really helpful and easy to talk to. My overall experience at this store has been great. Wish yours could have been better.

Management changed not too long ago and ever since then, employees have been acting confused and unsure about their jobs. Maybe they are not getting walk throughs about their store duties? One young man had no idea on what to do for a trade in. Another blonde girl was very stressed about something.

Black dude with glasses and an afro is the biggest cuck ive ever seen dude is so anti social and it seems like he hates his job. Try working a real 9-5 doing manual labor. Such a huge cuck if ive ever seen one dude needs a reality check always complaining like a b***h whenever Im in there lol

great place the guy below doesnt understand that Livonia has pawn shop laws and because of this if your in that city and a business buys sells and gives you cash for items it must follow local and state laws

terrible service. i tried to sell a game and the guy refused because " michigan pawn law states to have a valid license" 1: its not a pawn shop..2: it doesnt stop the 100 other gamestops from helping me.
