I previously wrote a review on this location shortly after it was rebranded from Game Headz. I was impressed with the selection of games and its darker appeal; the service also was well-crafted and efficient. Nowadays, my thoughts about this place have changed slightly. I went here on a Thursday with family and friends. A friend of mine wanted to sell some games and systems. Their procedure for this kind of thing works similar to that of GameStop; you wont get a whole lot for what you trade-in (about $5 for a GameCube and $10 for an original Xbox). You can get more, but the monetary value depends on what specifically gets brought in. Their online site needs major work done (several links lead to 404 errors). As of this writing, their public restroom has been out of order for months. Gameplay uses a black and green color scheme throughout the store, which I find cool. Most of the areas are well-labeled to find what you want quickly. Service wise, there was only one employee in the store at the time of our visit. While he helped out well with our purchases, he was rather quiet and didnt seem all that interested in customer satisfaction (a little more bored).

These assholes DO NOT CHECK THEIR PRE OWNED SYSTEMS. I got my pre owned Xbox 360 home and the USB door had no spring the memory card door fell off the first player controller light on the controller did not work and then the joystick was stuck in the right position and would not allow me to control anything. When I called about it I was treated like garbage and told to go f*** myself. These guys do not even power on their systems to check them do not buy anything from these assholes they will rip you off and not give a s*** about it. BEWARE

Highly unprofessional and very rude staff. Everything is overpriced, if its a used game or console you have a 50/50 chance of it not working or being stolen/fake and they do not honor the their printed return policy at all and will try to shame you about the return, just look at other reviews. I dont know how theyre still in business.

Come on man how can you not like this place? Everytime I go in there I could be talking about like Murakumo or something and theres at least one dude there who knows what Im talking about. Theyre crazy helpful and totally understanding. Always a great experience.

They sold me an Xbox one controller with No serial numbers and it doesnt work. When I went to take it back they claimed they never sold it to me and wouldnt give me the time of day. Very terrible customer service.

Id rather poop on my own face and piss in my mouth than go to GameStop. They dont know squat about their games (most the time) and they just want you to buy stuff. Go here. Its chill and the guy is quite nice.

very nice staff, best gaming store of all time, games are cheaper than any other stores, I would recommend it for people who wants to trade their stuff. I get all gaming stuff from there.

Told a Federal Government ID isnt valid in their store. This place is a joke! Go to Dic Replay and save yourself a headache.

A bit expensive but great selection of games and they buy back old ones.
