Booooo!!! I hate the location, theres never anywhere to park!!! You either pull off to the side and let everyone go around you and risk being honked/yelled at or you can go in circles onto Mich ave until til a spot opens up. The store itself is small and the selection, underwhelming! Go to GS in Taylor off of Telegraph much better selection/deals and parking. Employees are friendly and helpful though.

Best GameStop ever. Gone here several times every month. Not only do I go to buy and get informed on games, but also the amazing customer service. When I talk to these guys and gals I feel like Im talking to my best friend, someone I could drink a beer with by a bonfire. Very helpful people. I always absolutely love going there.

Every staff member at this location is wonderful, except for one. I dont know her name but she was extremely rude, although she had a difficult customer before me; i felt like she took it out on me. Absolutely horrible customer service but i wont let that one staff member ruin the stores reputation. Hope she got fired.

The staff here are wonderful: incredibly helpful and friendly, whether youre an avid gamer or dont know anything about any of it. They have always been extremely great with my kids (even when they were 6 and 8), patiently listening to what they like and making really good suggestions.

Smaller store that has a wide selection of older games. The staff isnt pushy and will answer any questions honestly about any product they are selling or will sell in the near term.
