Im a long time customer, who has been shopping at gamestop for years. Well the staff is friendly, but if youre a gamer like me and have a power up rewards card, be careful. I traded in about $165 worth of stuff after the 50% trade in bonus, i renewed my pro card for the extra 10% and pre-ordered a game. Well i never got the points for the trade ins or anything else, as i came in awhile later and got that new ghost recon game on relase day. Gold edition, $100, no points for that either, the only thing showing up on my account is the another game i purchased down the road. So if my problem cant get fixed, then one star for this place, if it gets fixed, ill change this review. So be careful when dealing with the employees.

someone needs to do something about their crazy turn in prices and a nerdy guy at the counter told me they didnt have the game i was looking for and i could see it on the shelf he insisted they didnt have it so i looked around overheard another guy ask for it to a different guy at the counter and he walked right over and pulled it down he had like 10 they need to fire that idiot i talked to i have heard from many people that he has been an idiot

Friendly staff, but they tried to sell me a used game that goes for $35 new for 55 (xcom2 ps4). Said new its normally 60. Bestbuy has it for 39 new, amazon 35, ebay 30. This location stocks very few new games, since there is more profit in selling used. The gamestop on Eureka is much better...

Most of the time (Id say 95%) its quick to get through the line and they have a great selection of videogame merchandise (not just games). Service there is great and helpful and thankfully knowledgeable for those who need it. Fully recommend.

So the store is not too bad or anything but I havent always had the best experience at this location. The one off of Eureka in Taylor has always been my 1st choice but this one is closer to home.

I practically live here. My boys constantly want the newest games. The staff here are great and on the occasion that they dont have something, they will send you to a store that has the items.

Best customer service . Friendly staff. Employees are on top of things. Never have to wait to ask someone a question. Disc replay has alot to learn from game stop.
