As far as Gamestops go, this one is a pretty decent one. Good selection, (besides the obvious lack of Nintendo Switches, which almost nobody has because Nintendo is notoriously bad at console distribution). Always rely on them for decently priced used games for last gen consoles. This gamestop however, had a person at the counter that seemed unknowledgeable about several things regarding Windows supported Xbox controllers. Another customer had come in and was wondering about how he might acquire an xbox controller that would work on his PC. I know that any wired (first or third party) controller will work on a Winodws PC (Whatever version, doesnt matter.), so I told him this. The guy at the counters information on the subject amounted to his view of the box of the most expensive controller he could sell and how it said "compatible with windows 10". I saw this as with holding information from the customer...but then again, many customers visiting gamestop dont want to learn, so there ya go. Its Gamestop. Solid 3/5.

Had to wait for 20 minutes for a simple device trade-in when there was only one employee behind the counter. Very disorganized and not customer focused. Would not recommend.
