The place is located in the Dixieland mall...aka the Ghetto. Not a safe place for kids in my opinion. They charged me $60.00 to fix my PS3 red ring of death which was a good price. It only took them a few hours. But when I returned the guy told me I had a virus on my hard drive and that he had to wipe my hard drive. Im quite shocked by the simple fact that nothing outside my network was introduced to my PS3 so that would be impossible. I would watch for them stealing your PS3 store information.. Also my PS3 is back to not working again only after light play and a few months. The guy told me he uses a reflow yet I saw a heat gun on his desk and asked him directly how if he uses that and he told me no. **UPATE** Not even six months went by and my PS3 went dead again. Knew that idiot used a heat gun. Stay away.

Super quick service, repaired my Red-Ringed X-Box in about 30 minutes and now it works perfectly! Dont pay Microsoft half the cost of a new system to fix their own defective product, take it to GamesaGalore.
