Ive been going to this Gamestop since I was kid, however I have moved onto other retailers. One exception was couple of days ago when my brother asked to go buy an M rated game. Im 20 years old so I can buy the game for him. We go to the store and ask for a new copy of this game and one of the two guys there pulls it out and puts it in the bag. My brother is holding his money he was going to pay with and one of the guys ask for ID so I show him mine. Normally at this point they would ask me if I approve of this purchase, but it was quite the opposite. He then looks to my brother and asks for his ID. My brother is 15 and didnt have his. So the guy denied us saying I had to be the one buying the game. So I took my brothers money and said "Okay, Im buying it" They still denied our purchase and said that it was all on camera and we couldnt buy it now. We immediately walked out without saying another word. We ended up going to another store and bought it with no issues. This is one of the reasons why I almost never shop at Gamestop anymore though this doesnt speak for all of the other stores. I only went because it was convenient for my brother that day. I dont think Ive personally shopped there myself for over a year.

I walked in hoping to sell my xbox games for some cash back and I accidentally forgot my I.D. Not only did this man scold me loudly in front of other customers for forgetting my I.D. but he told me that there were "midget Mexicans that had a mustache that looked older than I did" and I happen to be twenty years old. Then he went on saying that no one would recognize me if I were dead - why he would say this I dont know. I was so embarassed and upset about my encounter at this particular gamestop that Im not stepping in foot in one again unless it depends on life or death. Also I only got forty bucks for 4 games that I payed $60 each for. Next time Im just selling my games online.

Switched the cases between the Collectors edition and the regular game behind the counter like I wouldnt notice. They dont sell the games on the shelf if they dont feel like it, theyll overcharge on a cheaper product right in front of you.

The employees turn over often, but they almost always know their stuff and are friendly. The store is clean and well stocked.

Nice workers and i always find what i need in the store without need of searching all i have to do is ask an employee.

I use to hate going in their bc the people sucked although i feel as if the new staff is more friendly.

Its a great store. If you cant find it online for cheap then I definitely recommend going to GameStop.
