Would give a 5 but these are about the pushiest sales reps i have ever seen. I was asked at least 8 times if I was sure i didnt want the "pro membership". If they would just take no for an answer the third time you said it i think they would get more business. Otherwise these folks know their stuff and are very helpful. Saved me a lot of money by letting me trade in an old console and some games i never played anymore.

The salespeople were very helpful and friendly. They were very busy with Black Friday, but they made me feel I was important, and they would do whatever I needed to help me out. Nick was very helpful. I will go there again and recommend it to anyone in the area.

The manager here is the RUDEST person I have EVER met! He is like this every single time I come into the store! I have never been anything but nice to him! It is solely because of him I am starting to HATE GameStop! Get rid of him, youll get A LOT more business!!!!!

Will never go here again! The people are very rude! And I have to say I will never go to any Game Stop again! They lie to you to get you in the store! I would rather go to a department store for my gaming needs! And their trade in system is BS!
