first time "pre" ordering an item, I paid in full week prior made sure to ask both people at the desk for further instructions was told to just show up early (30mns) which was fine. (I DID) and got RIGHT in line only to find out that i needed to go inside to be put into "grouping" for priority purchasing instead of not being told this in advance!! (I ASKED) the lady who sold me the the game in advance made me go to the VERY BACK OF THE LINE I was not the first person there but I was the last person OUT very dissatisfied with customer service, when initially purchasing they were completely aware i was a "new costumer" not having the "savings program" so lets be honest.... what does it really take to make sure the customer is informed about how the service operates and what to expect. regardless if i were to purchase anything from Game Stop again i assure you it will not be in the form of "pre" anything what a waste of my time! and $$$

Bought a referbished Xbox 360 from this location. Took it home and it had someones Xbox live info on it, including credit card info. The controller wouldnt stay on even with new batteries and connected to the console with a brand new plug and play charging battery. Took it back the next day and they said they couldnt exchange it bc of some sticker that wasnt intact. They said it means i opened the console. I have tried getting in touch with the district manager but Im still waiting for him to call me. Avoid this location at all costs.

Always helpful! Love the store. Any problems Ive ever had were with corporate issues rather than the actual store. Really helped me out swapping out my ps3 version of DAI for the ps4 version when I realized the ps3 version was so buggy it was unable to be played
