I went in the other day to get a new headset for ps4. I had the over head sony headphones that just plug in through USB only (no additional cords to controller headset jack or the TV) and I have a turtle Beach px21 (you have to use the controller port or wire it to the tv audio out and adjust the audio output setting every time you turn on the ps4 to get it to play all audio). so my Sony one broke and I wanted a new headset. I specifically asked for a headset that was just a simple USB cord and thats it, I said no crazy wiring, just plug into the ps4 USB and go. I asked what they recommend. the sales person handed me a px24 by turtle Beach. I said cool.. I get home and open the box and it requires the wiring that I specifically said I dont want... so I had it open already and decided to try it... my controller was dead so I plugged in my controller to the ps4 to charge and hooked up the headset. the cords are insanely short... so short that if you want to use the supplied cables, you are sitting 5 max from your ps4. luckily I have USB cord extentions laying around, so I added it to give me 10. when I joined a friends party, they asked who is running a vacuum cleaner by their headset... it was feedback from charging my controller... so I unplugged the charging cable and the noise stopped... so now I cant charge my controller while using the headset... then everyone was complaining I was extremely quiet... so I maxed out the mic volume in the ps4 settings, and they still said I was quiet... so not only can you not charge your controller while using this headset, the mic is very quiet even on max mic volume... I basically put the boom in my mouth and they said it was still low... I will be returning this headset as well as complaining that they sold me the EXACT thing I said I dont want...

I just stopped in there to see if they had Sims 3 for the Wii pre owned cheaper than what anyone can get it for new at Meijer and Amazon. I had just seen it on Amazon and also laid my hands on it at Meijer for $20. To my amazement, Game Stop had it used for $25!!! I asked the very polite employee if they had any control over those prices seeing how someone must have mistakingly priced this game double what it is worth used... and who knows how many other items in that store. Of course, they dont have any control over the pricing and it was recommended that I purchase it new at the store half a mile away for less than their used copy. I imagine that they dont pay more than $5 for a used Wii game. Shame on you Game Stop. Your business practices have much to be desired. I will never step inside your establishment again. You are fully aware of your actions and I believe that it makes you look like a sleaze bag of a business.

Been going here for years now. Always have a helpful staff to provide solid answers whether Im in the store or calling for a quick question on what they have in stock. When I got my PS4 a lady helped me find a new one and provided awesome input as to what games Id like and she was spot on. Sure theyre trade in values arent the highest, but they are in the business of making money, just like any other store. I feel they take them in on courtesy so I dont have to hold on to them and sell them myself. Sure, some games may be cheaper at Walmart but you dont buy games from a grocery store. Plus, if I buy something and it ends up not working, theres no hassle to get at least an exchange.

I like it but today April 22 2017 i bought gta stories used for xbox 360 and the guy didnt even clean it he just put it in the case and i spent like 14/15 $ on it and i was filthy and i didnt even work and i dont think i have ever had a problem up until now with this one but i am very upset because i was really looking forward to playing it and like i said the guy didnt even check to see if it was dirty or even clean it

So I bought a stress ball there and it was filled with slime, and you are suppose to squeeze it and it popped the first night I got it and when I went to return it the guy said its like someone breaking one of there $200 action figures and then trying to return it but the difference is that the stress ball cost $5 and the action figure cost $200. Never going there again.

horrible phone customer service. left on hold over 5 min. when you call they say "can you hold" and immediately put you on hold without waiting for a reply from the caller. i called 4 times saying hello and was still rudely put on hold.

Staff is friendly. I like how they have things there. My favorite part is that I can go there when I feel like I want to go there. I would post a picture but I didnt take a picture. It looks like a GameStop.

They gave us an Xbox one console that does not even work. Netflix doesnt work and the games glitch and stop in the middle of it. They will not give us a new one and we have only had it for a week!

The used prices still need to come down to compete with amazon or ebay, Ill pay a little more for the ability to have it immediately but not the crazy amount they want.
