These guys are freaking amazing. I am a collector of rare SNES and PS1 games, and I love stopping in this store frequently to see what has come in. They really go above and beyond when it comes to service as well. I have a list of games that I am looking for, and they have ACTUALLY called me to let me know when they get these games in! They have also been willing to make me some sweet custom game cases for free! I went in yesterday and bought a few rare(ish) SNES games and they just randomly dropped $15 off the sticker price. They didnt have to do any of that stuff, but they did and it left an impression. They have my business as long as I live in Clearwater, and they should have yours as well.

Had a great experience at the Clearwater location. I was five short on a PS2 console and the owner gave it to me anyway with a free game. Then I had a hell of a fiasco when buying a copy a of Final Fantasy VII. It took me three trips back to the store to figure out that my PS2 was broken and could not play PlayStation One games. Jack, my real life RPG hero, gave me the PS2 that worked with the game in exchange for the broken I originally was sold for no charge without a receipt. I recommend to anyone who needs a new retro console, game, or fixed hardware. These guys are awesome!

Dont be fooled by all the 5 stars, they offer 5$ store credit for people who leave a good review. The employees are nice and helpful. The prices are nothing to write home about. The owner has tried to throw me and my service dog out so many times and is just a rude passive aggressive person. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. I used up the little store credit I had left so I wouldnt have to return. I will take my business to Gamestop. where the player really has some power, and also doesnt get harassed and made to feel rushed just for needing to have a service dog with them

One day when I was being chased by ninjas (dont ask) I ran into this store to seek shelter. The owner said, "You look distraught, is everything ok?" to which I explained my dire situation. He said, "Relax, I got this." and busted out a pair of nickel plated Desert Eagles. When the ninjas busted through he made short work of them and with a look of shock on my face I said, "WOAH! Whered you learn to shoot like that!!?" to which he replied, "Duck Hunt bro."

I came here just like 15 minutes ago and have decided that driving just a little further for this one is better. Comic Books, Collector Cards and Matthew is an absolute pleasure to chat with. We talked about retro everything and he gave me a great price on an ever so slightly yellowed StarFox with the manual. Do yourself a favor, come to this location, even if its a bit of a drive.

Sometimes good deals. Rude staff, asks you to rate 5 stars for $5 discount. Did not ring me up for $5 discount and forgot to put one of the games in my cases. Had to drive back and when I brought it up to them about the discount, they told me "I dont remember, that was a while ago". Good selection of games, though. Customer service always comes first.

Theyre friendly, will help you out if they can, buys and sells all types of councils and games, they hold most games to the side upon request (just for a min or till the end of the day depending on game) they are SOOOO much better then the other game shops. Highly recommend to any gamer or anyone looking to start now!!!

The store was awesome. Theres a large variety of old school and new games. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to walk in (as a non-gamer shopping for my kids), tell them what I wanted and walk out in little to no time. Totally pleased and we will be doing the bulk of our gaming shopping here from now on.

Way cheaper and quality products.. 10x better than gamestop.. Plus they purposely keep their game and game consoles below gamestop prices. Knowledgeable staff, gamers just like me. Plus they have a rewards program..and always buy 2 used games get ur third free!

I have been a customer for years I allays went to the Largo location. I moved a couple years ago and when I came back they had 2 new locations. They allays make sure you are satisfied. It is awesome how big they have gotten.
