The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. They do their jobs well and always have a suggestion if they dont have exactly what youre looking for. Many people complain about what they pay for used games, but theyll give more than anywhere else will, combined with the benefits of the Power-Up Rewards card. I always trade my games for store credit, and I havent purchased with cash from the store in over a year.

one word gus is da man he cares about his customers which makes him a great manager. I have heard the corbin store dog gus because he is not the best to them well he is great to his customers so thats what matters to me. London store is awesome corbin store sucks. The corbin manager is really really bad and he takes all games as needing resurfaced watch out if you go there.

Standard video game store. Good for reserving games, or saving money buying used games. Were they lack is game buy-back. Dont go with alot of games trying to sell them. Their prices are ridiculious. I personally sold 17 PS2 games for 11 (eleven) dollars. Beware

Have been going here for about 6 months. Employees know you by name and what you are interested in. They will go out of their way to find things for you or tell you about deals that will save you money. Much nicer crew then corbin or somerset stores!

You couldnt ask for a better store or better people working there! Gus and everyone else there has went out of their way to help me every time I come in. You can hate on GameStop as a company but not the London store! Five stars all the way!

Condescending customers service, from reps who feel like they know so much about video games that every customer is an idiot. Pre owned prices are almost the same as the new prices, buy back offers are extremely low.

Good people, clean store, helpful as they come. Great place if you want serious people willing to help and tell the truth about a particular game. For them it is customer service over sales.
