I went to game stop located inside sugarloaf mills mall and this is the second time I try to either sell or trade in a phone and the customer service down ball me. I took in my iphone 4s (sprint) and asked the white lady how much I could get if I was to sell it to them. The lady offer me $30 right away without even checking on her computer. I was so offended. I couldnt believe she tried to take advantage of me. Than I whent in again and tried to trade in my ipad 4gen for an iphone 5 and the guy told me That on top of my trade in I would have to pay 120.00 for the phone. So I was skeptical. I whent online to check the phone price and it is priced at 388.00(scratch and scuff... So now I am seriously never going back to that store. This is the second time they try to take advantage of me. I AM OUTRAGE.......

Awesome store & customer service! I called to find out why another location was so reluctant in following the return policy. The gentleman I spoke with went above and beyond the call to assure I was satisfied. He contact the other location and received the same type of unprofessional-ism I had received. (Fayetteville Pavilion) Needless to say this gentleman offer to refund the money for the game and offered a gas card for the drive I needed to take in order to obtain it. GREAT!!!!!

Employee sold me a item that was reserved for another customer. I checked the box (seals already broken like everything else "new" at gamestop) when walking out the store and it was empty! I quickly went back in for a return and the store associate tried to up sale me on a item I didnt want the first time around. To make matters worse it has been two weeks and I still have not been credited for the return! Ive always had the worst experiences at this gamestop location.

Awful store. Management is a joke. Whole time I was there the "Store Manager" Stephen was leaning up against the counter on his phone and would barely look up to answer questions. Seemed like he just wanted people to leave. Ill go to Best Buy or order on Amazon to get games from now on. Dont waste your money or your time here.
