Usually better deals then most places for new items and an easy return policy for used items. Being a pro member is cheap and renewable every year. Which can pay for itself in just a few purchases of either new or used items. Plus you get the option Of a mailed or digital copy of their game informer, which is the leading magazine on all things gamer. Im so good at this they should pay me.

Absolutely terrible. "Nick" with glasses and tattoos sold my little brother a toy that proceeded to break in his hand on the way to the car so when I walked back in to simply get a new toy so he would stop crying "nick" proceeded to just look and laugh at me refusing to let me get a new one. Will think twice befor using this GameStop ever again

Horrible service. We were walking up to exchange a terribly scratched game right at 9 oclock. Employees ran and closed the door after their friends had been in, then proceeded to lock it and stare at us. We wrote a note for them to see when they opened the door. They then proceeded to sit in the dark and wait until we left.
