Horrible customer service, drove up to their store after I called in to see if they has 2 games available which they told me they had them pre owned and when I get there the games arent there, this was in a 10 min drive and the lady at the counter tells me that someone must of just bought them, so I was a little upset and the other girl asked me if I wanted her to check if another store had it and I said sure but if she could call them and see if the games were physically there and some guy cashier at the counter said oh we can give you their number and you can call them yourself, this place sucks.

Called a week straight to check availability for a game and the call rang through to the voice mail asking for a key code. The phone number is the one from the GAMESTOP website and the one off of google. Seems like they hired some slackers.smh
