Was just in today to look at some Pokemon and Force of Will cards with my friend, about 4 to 5 workers were in the store, all in back except for one of them. Took about 4 minutes to get someone to help us, and then he yelled for someone else to come out of the back to help us. When we asked him to look at cards for Force of Will game and Pokemon we got the response of. "You cannot look thru them, but if you know what you want I can see if we have it". I just started playing Force of Will so I cant name lots of cards at all. We then asked if he could stand there for a few minutes to let us look thru them and we go the wonderful response of" That would be a waste of my time, cause Im processing last nights online orders, and would take too much of my time" My friend responded with isnt that what you get paid to do is help customers? I dont like getting into little tiffs in stores, but holy hell. He also said theft is a big issue, hmmm Ok ,I can see theft being a issue in a gaming store for sure, no doubt about that. But dont have cards on display not in cases that a person cant look thru at all, Like I said I just just got into the game, literary yesterday. I was at Epic Loot the day before and bought $82.67 worth of cards from singles and packs. And my friend wanted to check yall out also, so here we are in your store. I was going to buy 2 boxes of booster packs that I saw you had for Force of Will that were a little over $90.00 each,and were about $15 dollars cheaper than Epic loot and my friend was going to purchase a $8.00 Pokemon card and the Sailor Mars Figure on the wall which was $89.00, and your Lion-O and snarf figure set which I think was around $45 to $50 if I remember correctly. So thanks to your HORRIBLE customer service, you lost about $350.00 today, I like supporting local business when I can, but I will never come back here again. Ill get what I need from Epic Loot, and The Game Haven, they might cost a little bit more, but they have much WAY BETTER customer service!! Also Amazon sells cards cheaper then you do, I think I might just go ahead and buy those boxes right now from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! if anyone sees this dont go here, spend your money online or go to a store that actually cares that you are frequenting their business.

Excellent customer service, though during tournaments and peak hours, there will be a bit of a wait. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer reasonable and fair prices for both buying and selling, and trade credit can be used on anything in the store. But you have to have realistic expectations for trade credit; you shouldnt get offended or upset if it seems like theyre low-balling you. Inventory is massive, so it is near impossible for them to not have the cards youre looking for. Note that the inventory is behind the counter, so knowing what you need when you come in will make both your life and the employees lives much easier; however, the staff do their best to help you find cards youre not sure about. The store itself is very large and can accommodate tournaments and casual play without feeling cramped, loud, or busy. The store even offers snacks and drinks for sale to make longer visits more enjoyable for customers. Overall, No Limit Gaming is definitely one of the best, if not the best, places for fans of trading card games to buy, sell, and play competitively or casually.

I initially left a low score on my review. However, the store owner reached out to me showing genuine concern, and willingness to fix the situation. Its good to see that management cares about their customers, and thus I am now leaving positive feedback. My situation was mostly due to the fact that I came in on Friday evening, during a peak time at the store, so in the future I will schedule my trips accordingly so I am not lost in the shuffle. I am a collector of classic JRPGs and this store had a fine selection. I dont believe the negative experience I had on my first visit is indicative of how the store operates. I will continue to regularly visit the store. Great selection, fair prices, and now I can see, good customer service.

This place is great! I ordered a card from there website and instead of sending me the one that I wanted, they sent me a different one! Its like Christmas because I have no idea what to expect! I sent them a message asking if they could send the right one to me but they insisted that I return the other one to them. Now I get to wait an extra week for my card to get here so itll be even more amazing when it comes! I couldve ordered from a different website and got what I wanted faster but wheres the fun in that??? Plus I get to be my own business owner because Im sending cards out with my own money. Wowie!!! When the card gets here itll be a like second Christmas! I hope I get the card that I wanted! Crossing my fingers!

I stopped into this place to check it out today. I liked they had a big variety of stuff. However the shelves and cases seemed a bit empty. The cards in the case had no price tags. Some of the stuff sold there seemed over priced. My major gripe though is that there were 3 employees working and I lingered at the counters for 15 minutes waiting to be helped. There was no "Ill be with you soon" or "it will just be a moment" the employees definitely seen me standing there but just never acknowledged me. One wasnt even doing anything it seemed. I decided not to make my purchase and left.

Great place with awesome staff that are very caring and willing to work with any price. They have everything! You give them a list and they always come back with the exact cards you want and guve fair prices based on condition.its a very popular one of a kind buisness that is going to quickly expand.I havent met one staff member whom wasnt cool and very nice. Awesome place I will always spend my money here any day of the week to get the top end and older generation pokemon cards. So glad I discovered this place. Thanks to everyone at no limit gaming !!!!!!

Dont waste your time here to trade in they low ball you on price and only care about the people coming to play Magic the gathering ... Offered 3 systems they tried to give me $30 waste of time Response to owner 64 complete Xbox complete Game cube complete 5 or 6 games complete Spyro the drsgon ps1 (on your wish list) Your store offered me $38 I havent been back since and when I didnt I couldnt purchase, made me sick to my stomach to do business again with a place that doesnt help me after I invest allot of money there(well did)

As I walked into the store I did not immediately see an employee, I approached the card counter to find an employee sitting behind playing on his phone, not very professional. As I initiated the conversation to trade and sell a few cards, the employee consistently under valued the cards I brought and displayed. The employee was not willing to negotiate and offered me 10-12 $ under the average price of the cards. Seems like every time I visit this store, the customer service gets lousier and lousier. Not impressed.
