People are just OK personality wise. You would be very surprised at how little they know about hardware for games, I have been told numerous times a replacement cable for Rocksmith is not available anywhere, when I have seenem at best buy and online. I can agree with the other person who said they encountered rudeness in the store. One young lady in the store especially loves to try to show how much she knows by over talking herself, majority of the time being incorrect or just long winded. This Store needs people not trying to show off their incorrect knowledge or be so pushy. If youre not into uninvited technical conversation make your visits to this location quick and to the point...

High Quality Guest Service! I recently had an issue with Gainesvilles gamestop. They would not issue a refund for something they mislead me to believe. Long story short, Oakwood solved the issue and got my money back. Even though they lost money in the process and Gainesville got to keep the money they made sure Guest Satisfaction was their priority. In return, they have gaine a committed Guest. I have preordered Hardline there. Im never returning to the one at Gainesville. Without further ado, The people here are way friendlier and they go out of their way to satisfy you! Five stars all the way!!!!!!

One of my favorite GameStop locations. Had the pleasure of meeting the store manager when I needed help over the holidays and even during the rush and going from customer to customer he gave a lot of extra info about games, interests, and gift ideas for my kids (and myself!) with full enthusiasm and excitement. Told me about upcoming deals I might be interested in if I was looking at something in particular. Just a great store and great staff!

So my problem with this place is that the guy here is always trying to get me to buy something else at the point of sale, he always wants me to reserve a game or join PowerUp rewards or whatnot. I know its not his fault and upper management pushes the associates to try and sell this stuff but man is it annoying, get it together GameStop.

Awful customer experience. Trading in a game for cash? Be ready to have to explain more then five times to the manager that you dont want store credit. As long as your business provides the option to trade games in for cash Ill use it when I feel like it. Had to go to the Gamestop across town but its worth the drive for better service.

Customer service is great. Everytime I come someone ask if they can help , always give suggestions on genre and age. I even see them do it to other customers . Very organized & clean .
