50/50. There was one very helpful staff member and the other seemed vacant. I bought a used controller from here. When I got it home I took it out of a nicely packaged see-through plastic bag. The entire controller was so sticky that it instantly made my stomach turn. I literally started to gag. Additionally, there were pieces of gross filth all over the remote control. I took off the back of the remote control to put in batteries and it just had stuff caked on the inside. Not to mention the battery backing of the remote control did not match the rest of the controller. It was all just gross. The strap for the controller was encased in filth, and stained a solid dark brown to with black speckled filth on it. It looked as though someone had dug the remote from a roach infested dumpster, threw it in a gamestop shelving bag, and then put it on the shelf to sell. Just disgusting. I always clean used things when I buy them. I am accustomed to a little dirt and grime because I buy used items all of the time but this took things to a whole new level. We were about to buy a new gaming system from this location but wanted to do research to figure out which one we wanted first. I would never recommend buying any hardware from this location AT ALL. They clearly take no pride in the condition of the hardware they sell. GROSS.

I prefer this store to the one just down Scenic Hwy. They are less busy and much nicer. The staff actually seems to care about the people who walk in the door.
